Use to be suicidal and chronically depressed. Attempted suicide four times. I used to inflict pain on myself by cutting myself. I was full of rebellion and hatred. Hated life and thought there was no point to living. I was selfish and had no ounce of love within myself. I hated myself and others. Had no hope.?

I was deeply empty with voids and pain and filled with many insecurities - filled with darkness.?

Tried to find happiness and something to fill my emptiness with -? food, relationships, respect for others through education, titles and rewards and success.

Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. My encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ


I sat in the region of the valley of shadow of death and darkness - then light sprung up.?

Nevertheless the dimness shall not be such as was in her vexation, when at the first he lightly afflicted the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, and afterward did more grievously afflict her by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, in Galilee of the nations. The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light: they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined. - Isaiah 9: 1-2

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. - John 1:1-9

Now when Jesus had heard that John was cast into prison, he departed into Galilee; And leaving Nazareth, he came and dwelt in Capernaum, which is upon the sea coast, in the borders of Zabulon and Nephthalim: That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, The land of Zabulon, and the land of Nephthalim, by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles; The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up. - Matthew 4:12-16

Jesus Christ removed the scales from my eyes and revealed this to me. All my life my soul longed for the Lord Jesus Christ however I was unaware of this truth.

As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God. My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God: when shall I come and appear before God? - Pslams 42:1-2

My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of the LORD: my heart and my flesh crieth out for the living God. -? Pslams 84:2

I was trying to quench the hunger and thirst in my soul with natural things but these things could not quench the thirst as they were merely physical things however the root of my longing was spiritual. My stomach was full with food but my spirit man was starving. I was surrounded with noise and laughter from the people around me but my soul was mourning and weeping - crying out. I was alive in flesh but my spirit was dead. The only one that could quench my thirst and hunger in my soul was God Himself.?

Hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted in them. Then they cried unto the LORD in their trouble, and he delivered them out of their distresses. And he led them forth by the right way, that they might go to a city of habitation. Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men! For he satisfieth the longing soul, and filleth the hungry soul with goodness. Such as sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, being bound in affliction and iron; Because they rebelled against the words of God, and contemned the counsel of the most High: Therefore he brought down their heart with labour; they fell down, and there was none to help. Then they cried unto the LORD in their trouble, and he saved them out of their distresses. - Psalms 107: 5-13

And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the Lord doth man live. - Deuteronomy 8:3

He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions. - Psalms 107:20

I am that bread of life. Your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead. This is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die. I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world. The Jews therefore strove among themselves, saying, How can this man give us his flesh to eat? Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you. Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him. - Psalm 34:8

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. - 2 Timothy 3: 16-17

The Lord Jesus Christ also revealed to me? Throughout my life , without me knowing,? Jesus Christ has protected me in my going and coming, showered me with his grace, tender mercies and loving, blessed the works of my hands, not because of anything I have done or because of who I am because of Him. He is Love and full of grace, mercy and love.?

That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. - Matthew 5:45

Who giveth food to all flesh: for his mercy endureth for ever. - Psalm 136:25

?Nevertheless he left not himself without witness, in that he did good, and gave us rain from heaven, and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness. - Acts 14:17

Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's. The Lord executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed. I finally understood: God is Love and gave the greatest gift ever - Jesus Christ the Savior and Lord for the world while I was still an enemy of God.?

But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. - Romans 5:8

For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. - Romans 5: 6

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. - John 15:13

For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. - John 3:16?

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. - John 10:10

I repented


Truly the goodness and lovingkindness of God led me to repentance and Godly sorrow.

Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance? - Romans 2:4

Now I rejoice, not that ye were made sorry, but that ye sorrowed to repentance: for ye were made sorry after a godly manner, that ye might receive damage by us in nothing. For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death. - 2 Corinthians 7: 9-10

I acknowledged my sins.

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; - Romans 3:23?

Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to the Lord. Let us lift up our heart with our hands unto God in the heavens. - Lamentations 3:40-41

Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. - 1 John 3:4?

Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law. Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come. -? Romans 5:12-14

If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. - 1 John 1:8-10

I repented of my sins and iniquities -? idolatry, rebellion, disobedience, sexual immorality, etc.?

I put my faith in the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ


I believed in the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord for the remission of sins and to be made reconciled with God.?

That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. - John 3:15-18

And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. - Acts 16:30-31

Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law. But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed. Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.? But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison; Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water. The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ: Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him. - 1 Peter 3:18-22

I was baptized with Holy Spirit and water


Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.? Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit. - John 3:3-8

He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. - Mark 16:16

I have been and currently am being transformed through the Holy Spirit by the Power of the Living God. All things have become new.?

I love sharing the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ


I am a follower of the Savior and Lord Jesus Christ who loves sharing the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ with others. I enjoy seeing people be set free, saved, delivered, healed and walking in newness of life all through the Lord Jesus Christ.

Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time. - 1 Corinthians 15:1-8

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. - Mark 16:15?

I was once lost in my sin and now I have been found by the Savior and Lord Jesus Christ. ?It was meet that we should make merry, and be glad: for this thy brother was dead, and is alive again; and was lost, and is found. - Luke 15:32 I was once dead and under the law of sin and death and now I am alive which I can cry out Abba, Father under the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus! For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. - Romans 8:2 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. - Romans 8:15 I have been redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ! In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; - Ephesians 1:7 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. - Revelation 1:5-6

This is the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ doing. It’s a marvelous thing in our sight. He called me out of darkness into the marvelous light ; from darkness to light; from power of devil to God.?
