NZ Government’s Shameless Campaign Against Its Chief Anti-Bullying Champion. Says Dr Namie

The New Zealand government funded attacks on New Zealand's leading anti workplace bullying advocate/activist/champion has been on going for almost six years now and ironically has occurred under a "pro worker" Labour Party government that has had a huge electorate mandate since the 2020 general elections.

A moderately profitable business, CultureSafe NZ Ltd was liquidated in the Hamilton (NZ) High Court on 1 August 2022 when I refused to pay $67,035.78 illegally levied by a "Strategic Legal Actions against Public Participation" (SLAPPs) raised by the Rangiura Trust Board's lawyer, Sam Hood from Hamilton law firm Norris Ward McKinnon. In the United Kingdom, Sam Hood would most likely have been struck off (unprofessional conduct) as a lawyer for raising a SLAPP of this nature.

Sam Hood continued the SLAPP and on 25 October 2022, attempted to bankrupt me at the Hamilton High Court. My supporters paid the $67,335.78 necessary to prevent the bankruptcy.

Now it is the turn of Sam Hood, his former colleague Erin Anderson, law firm Norris Ward McKinnon and the Rangiura Trust Board to face litigation as I commence my law suit for FRAUD against them in the Hamilton High Court on 16 February 2023.
