Wanted to share a quick update as the market has been absolutely on fire for the past several weeks. 

Transaction volume was up approximately 70% from March 2020.

From a historical perspective, March 2021 had the 2nd highest monthly deal volume since we started tracking in 2004.

Pricing is still down, but as inventory continues to be depleted we are seeing signs that prices will start to creep up as the Spring buying season shifts into full gear.

We are on an upward trajectory, now is the time to take advantage of this once in a cycle buying opportunity!
