NYC Marathon for Covenant House

As many know, I sit on the Board of Directors of Covenant House.  I wanted to let you all know [thru our Home Team] we have several entries available for the SOLD OUT 2015 TCS New York City Marathon to be run November 1st.  Running with the Home Team to help at risk and homeless youth is truly a live changing experience not only for them but for you!    By joining this team, you not only help provide homeless kids with food, clothes, shelter, job training and the support they need to build their new lives, but you show them you care; that you want to protect them; be their family; and show them that miracles can happen in their lives.  Consider taking on the challenge of 26.2-miles on their behalf this year.  And if a marathon is not your distance please pass this on to the other runners in your life.    Covenant House provides each runner with a guaranteed charity entry, along with other team benefits which may include: a team dinner, virtual training plan, a ride on the team bus to the starting line, and a night in a NYC hotel in exchange for helping us raise funds for the thousands of youth served by Covenant House across the country.  If you register by September 8, a generous Covenant House donor will pay your NYRR entrance fees (value of $255).    Sign up at www.crowdrise.com/HomeTeam2015TCSNYCMarathon or contact [email protected].  ALL MY BEST GAF
