Project Controls

?The Project Controls Division was created in July to provide institutional analytical support for all project needs. The Division’s teams focus on scheduling, risk management, cost controls, data analysis and process improvement through every stage of Infrastructure and Public Buildings projects from Front End Planning through Close-out. Teams gather institutional, sponsor and industry data to identify top performance drivers and potential causes for schedule or cost overruns. 

The Division’s future includes the rollout of Oracle’s Primavera P6 Scheduling software as well as the utilization of artificial intelligence and machine-learning techniques to focus on broader patterns to develop new cost and time saving measures. The Division has also created seven dashboards and is in the process of expanding those dashboards for more in-depth data analysis.
