What are NVR Panels used for?

A no volt relay panel ensures voltage availability of incoming and running power supply. It protects the equipment from single phasing, over voltage, and under voltage. Whenever one of the three phases fails with a special kind of relay in conjunction with a contactor, SPD, MCB, MCCB, A/M selector switch, etc, the no volt relay panel automatically trips the incoming power supply. The relay stays in that position till all the phases regain their initial state.

What is the mechanism under which NVR Panels function?

The NVR Panel has a coil part where a small DC coil is wound with copper wire that has a high drop-off/pick ratio. Along with that, a small power-supply unit incorporated with a surge suppressor module ensures that the equipment is protected from sudden high voltage transients. An indicator specifies the position of the no-volt relay, along with a rod mechanism that can be used to reset the relay manually. The contact blocks as well as the insulation are extra mechanisms that increase the safety and reliability of the equipment, while the outer metal enclosure prevents the device from external factors.

In the case of a power failure or a voltage fluctuation, the spring handle moves away breaking the supply of power, protecting the devices from any damages.
