Nuveen shines across the industry

The first half of 2021 brought a number of individual accolades to associates at Nuveen.

The Commercial Observer put Jack Gay and Jason Hernandez from Nuveen Real Estate on their 2021 Power Finance list of the 50 most important figures in commercial real estate finance, and named Mike Sales, Chris McGibbon and Nadir Settles to the their list of commercial real estate’s most powerful players.

Louise Kavanaugh from Nuveen Real Estate in Hong Kong was named a Woman of Influence 2021 by GlobeSt., and Churchill’s Anne Philpott was named one of the Top USA Women Dealmakers by Global M&A Network.

Chief Investment Officer Saira Malik authored a column for the Financial Times, and Pei Chen was named a Top 20 Female Portfolio Manager by Citywire.

Jessica Bailey from GreenWorks was named PACENation’s PACE Champion of the Year, and Nuveen Real Estate’s Chief Investment Officer Carly Tripp earned a spot on PEI Media’s inaugural Women of Influence in Private Markets list.

And capping a remarkable run over the last six months, Chief Marketing Officer Marty Willis is a nominee for a “Wealthy” award from WealthManagement.com as top CMO of the year.
