Despite all the different home valuation tools that exist today, nothing compares to having a real estate professional perform a comparative market analysis (or CMA) on your home. What is a CMA? And what will it provide you that other sources simply won’t? To answer the first question, a CMA determines your home’s market value by looking at key features and details of your home including its style, square footage, age, and other features that will be of interest to the appraiser.
