First ,?I will explain what is important to keep people healthy these days while Wuhan Virus -2019. There are many steps like a stairs to big building what we need to acquire this year
1.????Keep yourself positive and calm, meditate, think that you will go through …… no??matter what.
2.????Please watch comedies , or funny movies if you can, people who laughs have more chances to overcome the?situation (if the family situation is normal)
3.????Simplify routines ,?rest?slightly more than usual
4.????Keep diary and record all your feelings good or bad
5.????Cut off on sugary products Coke ,?try to be hydrated with H2O, viruses and bacteria are prone to multiply in sugary and warm places….
6.????Do not imagine bad outcomes however panicky and unhappy you are
7.????Remember that now some people need help and cannot receive like in poor countries. Always look down and help someone who need help
8.????Listen to good music and reduce junk food
9.????Eat organic products as possible
10. You are at home now, but somebody works for your safety as doctors??and army, take it in account…
11. Relax, when , was the last time you said hello to an old friend…
12.?Exer -size?and make routines more disciplined
13. Do Yoga or Pilates, Taichi can help restore flow of energy to body
14.Learn Hatha yoga –good breathing is very crucial these days
15. Start Arabic belly dancing and lose few extra pounds with a big family it would be project of fun…
16. Read real books and prepare good snacks
17. Waking up in the morning :put in order bed and beddings it will make a better day start. It will help to be more disciplined??and make you boost your activities in the morning
18. Work on your traumas, both psychological and physical
19. Straighten your living environment and????clean, un-dust –that is especially helpful while virus breaks , having tableware through hot water every week and boil spoons and forks ….
20.Take a walk in bathroom and??shower legs , some people improve immunity to diseases , walk and sprinkle cool water on feet several times a day , start acclimation technique
21. Taking Vitamin C in bigger amounts is good as when immune system is not in good condition we need it??even,?more .?( 1-2 g )

22. I have watched how people in India lives ,?and I noticed that Indian people in spite of all poverty there are happier and more immune to illnesses, I think it is because of Indian diet that includes?curcumin in curry that helps organism in many ways.

Red ginseng is good for cold type of body. If your body is always cold,
intaking red ginseng can be favorable and useful, so if your body type is hot intaking usual common ginseng could improve overall health. So, red ginseng is not for hot type of body.

South Korea had less fatalities with previous virus outbreaks and people think it is because of KIMCHI Diet

33. There is a French Onion?soup with carrot and onion I think everybody need to look into recipes and nourish family with a good nutrition

35. Fear is very dangerous , it spreading faster than e-mail,
Try meditation??and prayer any other spiritual or religious practices
