As our teams come together and transformation work really gets underway, I pledge we will remain focused on delivering impact for you, our members. You’ll see our team on Capitol Hill next week as Congress returns to make sure they know who America’s Credit Unions is and what we stand for.
We’ll also remain transparent and responsive throughout the transformation process, and I ask you to hold us accountable to the standards you expect. ?

CFPB failing to follow law with upcoming proposals
America’s Credit Unions joined other financial services trade organizations to write to the CFPB on overdraft and nonsufficient funds fees. The bureau’s latest rulemaking agenda indicates activity in these areas, but should the CFPB fail to follow statute and conduct a Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Act review, these rulemaking efforts would run counter to congressional intent and negatively impact access to affordable services for millions.
