Nurturing Wellbeing: Mother Earth's Blueprint in Every Home/Organization/Community
Embedded in our collective consciousness is the instinct to call our planet Mother Earth, echoing our role as her children and the interconnectedness of all beings. This ancient wisdom that "the world is a family" resonates with us, but bringing it to life poses a monumental challenge. How can we embody the concept of a universal family, starting with our own families as microcosms of the larger human family?
Within our homes lies the microcosm of our larger family—a nucleus where the journey toward universal wellbeing begins. A nuclear family (parents and children spanning two generations) or an extended family (three to four generations with friends playing roles sometimes as trusted servants) serves as a laboratory for living as one connected entity.
Embodying the Vision: In its optimal form, a family becomes a haven where members accept and respect one another, embracing individual uniqueness. This environment fosters care, connection, and an acknowledgment of both light and shadow. It encourages every member to pursue their passions authentically. Like any heroic journey, challenges turn life into a captivating adventure.
The Hero's Journey: Just as we're drawn to heroic movies depicting daring adventures and triumphs over seemingly impossible odds, our deep consciousness propels us to embark on heroic journeys. Consider the audacity of climbing Mount Everest 100 years ago or landing on the moon 55 years ago. Now, a Mars visit looms on the horizon.
Reflecting on our roles within our families and the broader human family, let's transform our homes/Organizations/Communities into centers for the wellbeing of all beings. By embracing acceptance, fostering deeper connection, and supporting one another on our individual Hero's Journeys, we contribute to the collective evolution of humanity. Our destiny is intertwined with the creation of a universal center for wellbeing. With the intelligence to envision and construct such a world, let's build it together by seeing the light in each other. Our journey on Mother Earth is meaningful and filled with awe-inspiring possibilities as imagined by John Lennon 53 years ago.
Imagine there's no heaven It's easy if you try No hell below us Above us, only sky
