Over the course of two enriching years as a Subwarden at Calata House, I embarked on a transformative journey that not only shaped my understanding of leadership but also honed a diverse set of skills crucial for navigating the complex realm of student accommodation. Leading a vibrant community of over 80 students, this experience became a crucible for developing and refining key leadership attributes, including communication, teamwork, project management, decision-making, integrity, relationship building, critical thinking, realistic goal setting, and positive reinforcement.

As a Subwarden, I was responsible for disseminating information, resolving conflicts, and fostering a sense of community within Calata House.
