A bit about my story – I hail from Croatia, a beautiful country that has cradled me through joys, trials, and profound learning. From witnessing my mom work two jobs to seeing my nation heal from the wounds of war, life has indeed been a relentless teacher. The vibrant tapestry of my experiences has kindled a flame within me to learn, adapt, and continually evolve, which is precisely what I wish to talk about today.

What is a Continuous Learning Culture?

Simply put, it's an environment where we're continually evolving – an ecosystem that lovingly nudges us towards growth, innovation, and acquiring new skills. It’s about making learning an everyday thing, a habit, if you will, and embedding it in the very DNA of our professional lives.

From my early days, tinkering with computers in my grandparents’ home to dabbling in multiple tech and management roles across continents, my journey has been sprinkled with learning. I've always been that person who gets excited about trying something new, exploring an unfamiliar territory, and yep – making mistakes and learning from them.
