As much as this might hurt for you to hear, if you are still in a corporate, government, or even large non-profit environment you are a number. If you chose to be an affected number, when you happen to fall into a #numbers decision, you may get blindside, hurt, & ultimately terminated.

However, if you chose to play your own numbers game, you will learn to not get so tied to any one corporation. Your number of corporations joined may increase, you will realize that you must constantly shift the value of your number, and you will be better suited to adjust your life to be flexible to whatever may come up.

This is a mindset shift that a lot of people don't make because of a false sense of loyalty. Loyalty may be a thing at the small companies and some initial startup opportunities, but it rarely lasts long when growth needs to happen an the reality of a organization that has to co-exist inside the financial markets of the world becomes a reality.
