Numbers Don't Lie

Every now and then I go back and look at some numbers behind DPM and where I’m at etc.
Last week I went back and worked out how long each current DPMer has been with me.
And it was an interesting task to do.
It turns out that on average, the DPMers on board now have been with me for 8.1 years.
That was pretty cool to see.
It makes sense though, cause you may remember earlier this year I mentioned the last time I did something like this about the percentage of years people had been training for and the majority was in the 5-10 range.
So for one, I’m definitely grateful that people find benefit in what I do, and that they tend to stick around when they hear about me.
Then I went back and worked out – it wasn’t exactly 100% accurate, but pretty much, cause some of the records weren’t exactly kept properly back in the day, but since I started keeping this record back in 2010 or thereabouts – anyone who has ever tried DPM has stayed for about 1.5 years.
Obviously there’s plenty at either end of the scale – from only lasting a month or two, to those who’ve lasted the 8 years average or even much longer.
When I think of why, it’s cause I like to think that I actually give a sh!t about you.
You’re not just a number at DPM where i tick a box once you come on board.
I care about what’s going on in your life.
I try and remember your birthday.
I like to have the client giveaway each month of the DPM Rewards wine draw.
And that’s also why I like to shout you a dinner when you’ve encouraged a friend to join and they’ve been in it for 6 months.?
Cause I know it’s not easy to get someone over the line to try me out.
Especially when they may have been burned before – so it means we should be celebrating them (and you).
I look at this as a 2 way street. If I help people get what they want, then I’m more likely to get what I want – a business that continues to not only stick around, but to grow.

Cause if DPM grows that means I can help more people and stick around to continue to help those currently here.
Which brings me to these 2 things.
Thank you for being here and the final question –?
Who would YOU like to bring along to DPM so that they can experience this sort of thing?
Remember, outside of the $200 Free Dinner Gift Voucher at the 6 month point for each of you, you’ll also get your next month on the house rebate as a thank you when they decide to join.
And if you’re not currently training with DPM, I’ll shout you a $100 VISA gift card as a thank you.
Your challenge now is to ask yourself who can you bring along to DPM.
Go for it.
Cheers,
Daniel
