Do we understand what the problem is?
Let's get to the route of this issue!
What is Objection?
An objection is a statement or expression of disagreement or disapproval in response to a proposal, argument, or claim. In a legal context, an objection may be raised during a trial to challenge the admissibility of evidence or the credibility of a witness.
Why people object?
People object for various reasons, including but not limited to:
Overall, objections can serve as a way for people to express their opinions, challenge assumptions, and ultimately contribute to a more informed and deliberative decision-making process.
Consider an objection as an opportunity for you to get more knowledge, or even increase your curiosity to know more about the other party's interests and personality.
How to handle objection?
Handling objections effectively is an important skill in sales, customer service, negotiations, and other interactions. We are subjected to face objection everywhere, even within our families gathering. It's more common in workplaces where there is need for point difficult conversations. But how do we go about it?

Here are some tips for handling objections:
Choose to collaborate rather than to argue
Choosing to collaborate rather than argue can lead to more effective and mutually beneficial outcomes. When people collaborate, they work together to find a solution that meets the needs and interests of all parties involved. This approach can lead to better decision-making, increased creativity, and improved relationships.

By choosing collaboration, you can build stronger relationships, resolve conflicts more effectively, and achieve better outcomes. This is the best way to handle an objection.
Collaboration is the secret to progress
Yes, collaboration can indeed be the secret to progress. When people collaborate, they bring their diverse skills, knowledge, and perspectives to the table, which can lead to the development of innovative solutions and ideas. Collaboration can also foster greater trust, understanding, and mutual respect among individuals and teams, which can create a more supportive and productive work environment.
Collaboration can be particularly beneficial in complex, multi-faceted problems where no single individual or organization has all the answers. By working together, individuals and organizations can pool their resources and expertise to find more comprehensive and effective solutions.
Moreover, collaboration can lead to the creation of new partnerships and networks, which can help to build a more connected and interdependent world. By working together, individuals and organizations can help to overcome challenges and make progress towards common goals, ultimately leading to a better future for everyone.
For the African business sphere, my advice is that we should create as many collaborative business platforms around the continent. This is what will help small and medium businesses strive and progress be certain.
Allow free trade intra continental is one of the steps, and make more resources available to support start ups in Africa is the second important point. This does not only highlights investment but of same degree free informal education.
But my biggest concern is that we are in a continent which we mostly submerge our minds mostly in objections, arguments, and divergencies of ideas. We need more collaborative meetings and summits. Not to come and talk about our problems or showcase knowledge, but to find best solutions for African economical, political and social problems. For this, COLLABORATION is the KEY!
