Nugget: A Team of Problem Solvers

Early this morning, I was on a video call with about 45 other EOS? implementers from across North America. This weekly session is there for us to get connected and to solve problems together; to look at issues and to use our shared experiences to help the others. This is very, very powerful. And it's a game changer for me and my business.

It reminded me that we teach this very skill to our clients.

A recent client told me that in since they became a very strong leadership?team, and they became this entity that meets every week for their level 10 meetings, and they've mastered the skill of solving their issues at the root and not at the symptom, they've become so much stronger.

He said he's looking forward to that meeting, because he can see the progress they're making. They've become proactive in their business, and it's become a real game changer for them as well.
