In 2005, Lizzie Hodgetts (nee Wigg) 's father, a well-respected local plumber, was approached by Nuflow Australasia which inspired him to bring the cutting-edge technology to Darwin. Nuflow’s technology was at the forefront of a shift in the plumbing industry—offering a solution to fix pipes without the need for disruptive excavation. Seeing its potential, Lizzie’s father seized the opportunity, setting the foundation for what would become Nuflow Darwin | Top End .?

Managing Director Mick Hodgetts and Lizzie now focus entirely on Nuflow and the advantages it brings to their clients. Traditional methods often required expensive and disruptive digging to replace damaged pipes, but Nuflow’s pipe relining technology provided a faster, more cost-effective, and less invasive solution. This innovative approach positioned Nuflow Darwin as a leader in the industry, offering customers a modern alternative to outdated plumbing repairs.

?In 2010, Nuflow Darwin completed a major stormwater relining project at Francis Park, which earned them the Nuflow Job of the Year award. In 2022, they completed a major defence project to reline sewer pipes, further cementing their expertise in large-scale projects.?Nuflow Darwin aims to further expand their reach into Alice Springs and other regions, with the goal of becoming the top provider of pipe rehabilitation services in northern Australia.
