As part of her work experience at Nubold Group Lilliah May Rigby was tasked with researching what services we offer and to produce new promotional literature that we could use for marketing. She is hoping to receive potential sales enquires from which she can produce a quotation and hopefully secure a new sale.

WELDING AND ROBOTIC WELDING

Our welding facility encompasses an extensive range of process in a variety of materials and is certified to BS15085. Complementing this facility, we have a robotic welding cell for regular or large production runs.

FINISHING

To ensure customer satisfaction Nubold have a range of finishing services. Powder coating, stove enamelling, and 2pack and water-based paints are all available.

Land – We offer the manufacture of components needed for the transport industry, including a finishing department to add the correct and precise finishing to your product. Our facility caters to finishes essential for rail standards as we provide fire rated powder coatings and wet paint finishes. Nubold can handle heavy fabrications for the Rail industry, using our 15t overhead cranage, with ease, whilst also having the skill to produce all manner of rolling stock components. Within this industry we can provide manufacture using a variety of materials such as aluminium honeycomb, plywood and MDF, and GRP and injection moulding. We provide production of a large range of components for Road based transport. 24hr manufacture of parts is available due to our vast stock of raw material, coupled with lights out laser cutting facilities and the ability to cut multiple thickness on the same shift.

Air – Nubold has a thorough workforce which are proficient in machining large, small, or complex components using advanced aerospace metal products. Our team are highly familiar working with titanium, aluminium, and specialist steels. Collaborative research projects with European companies help us along the way with manufacture of everything from machined components for commercial aircrafts to switchgear cabinets and frames for electronic and AV units. We are working to expand our reliability towards AS9100 accreditation to prove the safety of the products we can produce.

Space – Nubold contains the abilities in all areas needed to manufacture components for the high demand for both ‘’upstream’’ and ‘’downstream’’ space-based systems. We confidently carry the understanding and workforce needed to meet customer requirements for this sector.

Sea – Whilst having an excessive variety of supply for this sector, some examples of work range from artisan small boat builder to great capital projects like ports, ships and offshore instillations for wave, wind, and tidal power. The areas we specialise in within the sea sector include commercial, naval, offshore renewables and leisure.?"
