NTT DATA’s Public Sector Federal Health and Civilian sub-vertical currently seeks an accomplished Senior Vice President to lead the US Federal Health Sector in McLean, VA. The Senior Vice President will oversee client management and sales operations role for multi-million-dollar clients in the Health Sector. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in the IT Outsourcing Consulting

Services industry including market assessment/strategic planning, and a hands-on role in new revenue attainment.

To fulfill the requirements of this Executive opening, the individual performing the positionshould have exceptional communication skills with C-Level executives. The ideal candidate must also have a successful track record of bringing in new business through new and current relationships and ensuring client delivery teams are effective. Working knowledge of the overall Federal Health organizational structure, operating environment, major IT applications, and acquisition processes are required. A demonstrated understanding of the Federal Health organizations, priorities, and strategic direction is essential.

Specific responsibilities of the new Senior Vice President will be:

  • Management of a multi-million-dollar P&L with a particular focus on margin percentage attainment.
  • Create the strategy to increase revenue and profit between 7-10% annually.
  • Play a key role in identifying market opportunities and help set short term and long-term strategies for the company as it relates to the growth within the Federal Health market, aligning such strategies with overall corporate goals.
  • Employ solution-selling techniques to identify business needs and develop customized solutions to solve client business problems.
  • Client relationship management - meet prospective, existing, and former clients.
  • Demonstrate success as an executive leader in customer relationship building and management.
  • Drive and improve operational efficiency, margin improvement and contract compliance/risk management throughout portfolio.
  • Play a key role in identifying market opportunities and help set short term and long-term strategies for the company as it relates to the growth within the Federal Health market, aligning such strategies with overall corporate goals.
  • Oversight of 500+ team members located throughout the United States. Responsible for administration of contracts.
  • Participate in Quarterly Program Reviews of existing accounts to monitor key performance metrics and contract compliance, as well as drive innovation to achieve continuous operational and margin improvements.
  • Drive a culture of respect, diversity, accountability, teamwork, and superior customer service. Collaborate with strategic support unit teams from Human Resources, Finance and Legal.
  • Traditional systems integration, infrastructure, and applications business development and management experience.
  • Demonstrate success in helping teams grow existing accounts and win new business. Lead, hire, train, and promote continuous development of the Client Executive team.

Education and Experience:

·???????Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or computer science. Advanced degree desirable.

·???????20+ years of experience in Federal Government, IT Services firms, and/or consulting, specifically in the Federal Healthcare sector

·???????Strong account development and management experience with demonstrated sales performance of $15-$25M/year, with strong preference for $30M/year++

·???????Extensive relationships and leadership experience in the Federal Health market

·???????Ability to oversee and supervise multiple contract engagements

·???????Must have demonstrated ability to identify and develop client requirements and critical success factors and negotiate large, complex solutions with the most senior client levels

·???????Strong writing skills required

·???????Frequent travel and international travel may be required.
