At NTT we take pride in fostering a culture of learning and collaboration while tackling impactful projects. Over the past months, we’ve made big strides in knowledge-sharing through inviting our colleagues to Lunch & Learn sessions.

What’s Lunch & Learn?

Every month, the Luxembourg team gathers together for an in-person event where our speakers share their knowledge, skills, and experience.?From discussing the company's services and projects, our people's talent, to lifestyle topics, this is the place to learn from each other's experience.

It’s also the place to learn from each other's experience in a dynamic manner while enjoying a meal provided by the company!

The sessions are designed to promote continuous growth and engagement among colleagues.

Our Lunch & Learn Journey

·?????? SEPTEMBER 2024: “NTT Luxembourg’s story” Shared by Benoit Reuter, VP Sales. Benoit dived into our local company’s history with the help of his 20+ years of experience in business. Starting from a house hosting five colleagues in 1993, to an IT market leader in 2024 with 200 colleagues, Benoit shared key milestones, portfolio adaptation over time and funny anecdotes.

·?????? OCTOBER 2024: “How sport can be a fuel for your professional competencies” Presented by Malik Bah, Applications Solution Specialist and IronMan participant. From the rigor of training to competition and challenges, Malik showed how his experiences can be lessons learnt for daily professional life.

·?????? NOVEMBER 2024: “Dataspace4Health, a?game-changer project for the healthcare sector” Presented by our Dataspace4Health team. Five colleagues presented this healthcare game-changer project and how it can shape the future of medical research and ultimately improve patient care.

·?????? DECEMBER 2024: “New Year’s around the world” Being proud of the 40 nationalities represented in NTT Luxembourg, five colleagues shared their cultural traditions, through New Year’s celebrations. From India, Tunisia, Argentina, Spain, and Russia to Brazil, it was an inspiring world tour!

·?????? JANUARY 2025: “How can effective time management help you perform better and succeed in your role?” ? By Jean-Marc Fandel, Performance Coach. Tackling the New Year with good resolutions, in January Lunch & Learn discussed the art of time management with an external performance coach. Colleagues learned powerful techniques borrowed from top athletes and artists who excel under pressure to better handle their time management!

Since their debut last year, the Lunch & Learn events have strengthened our team spirit and created a platform for open dialogue, paving the way for a more connected and informed workforce! We’re looking forward to many more lunches together.
