NRF You Nearly Broke Me This Time

There can practically only be one thing for January's newsletter and that is NRF. And this year it nearly broke me.

Early starts, back to back meetings, late evenings and a seasonal bug was a recipe to test endurance this year and by all accounts I wasn't alone.

January has also marked the second month working with California based CX design agency, The Industrious. It's so refreshing working with a start-up mentality organisation. Decisions are made, things get done. Inertia and procrastination are alien concepts.

In conjunction with The Industrious, I'm personally looking forward to hosting an exclusive senior executive dinner at the end of January and have an amazing line-up of retailers around the table to discuss customer experience and how to elevate your brand with adaptable digital CX.

They are passionate about what they do and have a real world, inspiring philosophy on how to create memorable experiences; it's exciting to be involved with them.

Looking ahead, the speaking opportunities are ramping up nicely, with London, Las Vegas and Dubai already confirmed for the next few months.

2024 looks set to be even busier than last year and I wouldn't have it any other way.

So, if you are at either Smart Retail Tech Expo in London at the end of February, Shoptalk in Las Vegas mid-March, Retail Technology Show end of April or Seamless Dubai in May, please come and say hi - it's also great to catch-up and talk retail.
