nQueue has an opening for a Marketing Manager

nQueue is an international software company that solves the workflow challenges facing law firms. We are an established company with a spectacular client base looking to refresh and reinvigorate our marketing approach.

We are looking for an experienced marketing manager who can provide input into our strategic planning and the skills and expertise to create and execute on all types of marketing programs. We are looking for someone who can help us build a marketing strategy that focuses on delivering real results. 

The position requires:

-      Experience conceptualizing and executing content marketing campaigns focused on brand and product promotion, lead generation, and lead nurturing.

o  Experience with SalesForce, HubSpot, Pardot, or a similar marketing automation tool is a requirement.

-      Experience with WordPress to update our website as necessary on an ad-hoc basis and provide guidance to a 3rd party resource for site updates and refresh.

-      Event management and promotion skills to optimize return-on-investment from major industry trade shows as well as smaller events and “roadshows.”

-      Strong analytical and reporting skills to track initiatives’ effectiveness and value.

-      Excellent writing skills with some experience as a business writer.

-      Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.

-      Knowledge of the Legal technology market is a plus.

Successful candidates will have:

-      Five or more years of hands-on experience in a marketing role, ideally within the legal Industry.

-      Undergraduate degree, ideally in Business or Marketing.

-      Comfort working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

-      Independent judgement and critical thinking skills.

-      Exceptional writing and communication skills and use with social media platforms including expertise with LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.

-      Ability to deliver reports and understand and manage budgets.

-      Comfort in a team environment and willingness to both provide input and take direction.
