The?My Health My Data Act, also known as House Bull 1155, is a consumer privacy law that is specifically focusing on health data. It includes consent requirements regarding health data processing and a private right of action.
The first of its kind, it was signed into law by Governor Jay Inslee two weeks ago and is poised to take effect on March, 31st, 2023.

On May, 3rd, a ruling by the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) went in favor of Max Schrems' noyb.eu regarding Right of Access.
It states that when issuing a request for information to an organization, users must not only receive a copy of their raw data, but also the context behind it, which can include a database extract or a copy of documents.
