Strategic and business performance managers are the key planners, analyzers and risk leaders who establish strategic plans in a business. They also handle oversight and development of corporate strategies to support business growth and stability.?Strategy managers?review organizations and determine their strengths, weaknesses, operational effectiveness and opportunities. They make recommendations based on internal and external factors to minimize risks and formulate plans to achieve an organization's long-term goals. Purpose: help improve results from project investments and transform projects outputs in business benefits.?A strategical manager has a business focused orientation and improve the ability of businesses to achieve goals and objectives to projects.?
