There were difficulties in finding the right methods and channels to promote the company, choosing key stacks, how to build a solid team and how to build employee development.

Now, compared to 2007, everything is certainly different, not just because the company is evolving, but because the world is evolving, and the IT industry is evolving even faster, changing the world around us.

We have gone from the wild mobile market and the days of black engineering, when smartphones were something unattainable, to when 85% of people in the world use mobile applications for everything: loans, instalments, medical services, contracts, money transfers, shopping, buying tickets and many other things that affect almost every aspect of our lives.

What we have learnt in all this time is that it is important to bring the idea of creating a project or an application to a team that has been working effectively and systematically for a long time.
