To get access to the google analytics property from one account to another first you need to access both accounts in a row. If you have edit and manage user permissions, then yo have full access.

• Login to your google analytics account.
• Go to the admin bar and click on it.
•  Next, choose property settings page which property you would like to move.
• Select the move property button in the top right corner.
