Best to get started with it: why Facebook? For Real Estate Agents?
Here’s why:
With all that Facebook? is doing for marketing around the World, there is one niche that is a gold mine for generating leads, and that is the Real Estate Industry. Facebook? Ads are the best way for Real Estate agents to put their marketing dollars back into their own pockets.
I can explain The Fight Against The Giants…
you see Fighting against big names like Zillow, Realtor.com, & Trulia can be difficult. What bothers me the most is that Real Estate Agents that use these companies have an average cost per lead is $30-$50. It blows my mind that someone would be willing to spend that amount when there are cheaper forms of lead generation. I know in my Real Estate Business I am personally not paying for any of these services and having great success doing it.
But don't only take my word for it:
Lowest Cost Per Lead Is Key To Building The Pipeline Fast…
In today's market, the best platform to generate the lowest cost per lead is social media, specifically Facebook?. Why is that? Well, the first is that it puts you in control of your own marketing. Meaning, you get to determine each day how much you are willing to spend.
But wait, there's more!
?
Facebook? also gives you the competitive advantage to put your ads in front of consumers that are interested in what it is you have to offer. With Facebook? I am averaging $3 per lead right now in my business today. I will take that reduced cost per lead all day.
Imagine what it would be like:
I know you’re thinking but The issue with trying to convince Real Estate Agents to pull the plug from 3rd party lead generation services is the fact that most do not know where to start.
So here we go!
Step 1 – Choosing the Right Campaign
In my own experience, The first step in generating leads on Facebook? is to know the correct campaign to choose and what each campaign is used for. When you are in Ads manager there are a select few campaigns that I use on a consistent basis: Traffic, Conversion, & Lead Generation Ads. Below I explain the difference between the 3 and why you would use each of them.
Traffic Campaigns – This Ad Campaign is used to generate the most clicks to a website outside of Facebook?. I use this Campaign for some of my cold traffic ads to help build up custom audiences.
Conversion Campaigns – This Ad Campaign is very similar to Traffic. But, Facebook? will put your ad in front of as many people that they think will convert on your website. In our case become a lead. This campaign is perfect for retargeting a custom audience that has been to your site but has not become a lead.
Lead Generation – This is the Campaign that I use in 90% of my marketing. This campaign is putting an ad in front of as many people that Facebook? thinks will become a lead. When the consumer clicks on the ad it brings them to a lead form. In this lead form Facebook? auto-populates the consumer's contact information. Then the consumer is then sent to your site.
Think about that for a minute…
This is crazy: Maybe they heard of a great opportunity, and they want to learn more about it?

Yes, you read that right
But here’s the kicker:
“Facebook lead generation is NOT about post boosting, name recognition, getting likes or engagement. Facebook lead generation is a single aspect of inbound marketing. It’s about inbound marketing. Inbound. Marketing
Here’s the truth…
inbound marketing focuses on creating quality content that pulls people toward your company and product, where they naturally want to be. By aligning the content you publish with your customers’ interests, you naturally attract inbound traffic that you can then convert, close, and delight over time.
