Now We Know: New Tactics for Inclusion and Diversity in 2025- First of 10: Strengthen Your ERG or Affinity Group "Success Strategies" Content

Now that we see how quickly and significantly opponents of inclusion and diversity programs have attacked DEI in corporate America, it is clear what actions must be taken. Over the next several weeks, I will share on a daily basis- many specific thoughts for you to consider.

Today, the thought is this: If your organization is moderating external and internal inclusion activity, now is the time to upgrade your members' ability to navigate a more hostile environment. Make no mistake: the current societal environment has emboldened opponents of inclusion to operate more aggressively at the small group and individual level in your organizations, and your ERG/Affinity group members need a more sophisticated and strategic set of advisors to navigate their personal success. Make sure your ERG/Affinity group sessions deliver world-class success tactics.
