Now is the time…

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Actually, who are you not to be? ” - US Presidential hopeful, Marianne Williamson. Her quote is often wrongly attributed to Nelson Mandela.  

In our hands we each hold a unique piece of the future wellbeing of our whole world, our total globe, all people!  Just think on the wonder of that!

We all know that our world, and individually and collectively, we are in crisis at many levels. Now no government, leader, individual can “fix everything”…

The great wonder is: … As we form cohorts of 10-12… As we acknowledge how powerful we really are… As we collaborate to transform our individual pieces… We, together, create a far “weller” world for all.

Now is the time…for us, individually and collectively, to accept “our” world is very unwell, and it will not return to wellness for much of this decade. And, even then, it will definitely not return to how it was in January 2020. There are far too many disruptions ahead of us all for that.

Now is the time…for us to step up, and add to what governments, other leaders, the big corporates, and our clients are doing to ‘fix’ things. We each have one vital piece of the puzzle to remake, to transform, to change, to adapt, to evolve.

Now is the time…to use this precious time of isolation to think and work hard, smart, and differently, to remake far better, to transform, to evolve that part of the jigsaw puzzle that we choose and commit to transforming.

Now is the time…for us to collaborate. For one vital way ahead is for us to form our own transformational cohort of 10-12 like-minded, active change makers.

Now is the time…for us to act in our chosen #cohorts of 10-12, to create the futures we want to work towards. To agree our transformational purposes. To develop our #ActionManifesto. To pool purposes, ideas, resources, actions…

And, now’s definitely the time to get cracking… Ready? Set? Go!  “Futurists remaking our world far better" is our springboard.
