Now is the Time to Move Ahead

In 2005, my former associates and I formed Lucas Energy, Inc.  we took the company public in 2006.  By 2008, we had been admitted to the AMEX (now the NYSE MKT).  In 2009, I took over as CEO when the stock was $0.38 per share.  With the efforts of a good team, we brought the stock up to a high of $5.25 per share in 2011.  My new team of associates and I believe that we can do as well or better this time.

We are ready to go.  We have the business plan.  We have identified a public company to put into our business plan.  And we have the team in place to start.  We will start by raising cash to put into the company.  Second, we will seek cash and assets to put into the company.  Third, we will raise approximately $20-50 million through equity, debt, and preferred equity.

Now is the time to move ahead.
