Now Professionals will find ChatGPT Plus (Paid Account) Extremely Useful

Recently ChatGPT Plus ?has started using model GPT-4o. With this, quality of its answers have improved very significantly. Now its quality has come to a level that will be useful to professionals to gain new knowledge in any area. It still makes some mistakes, but such cases are very rare. To test its knowledge of Indian GST, I asked it two questions: (a) Is e-Invoice applicable to hospital ?? ?(b) If a hospital, whose turnover is more than Rs. 5 crores, sells scrap, does it need to make e-Invoice for it ? And it gave correct answers to both the questions. I am giving the script of the answers subsequently in this post. With this, I believe that professionals in any area are likely to find ChatGPT Plus extremely useful to learn any topic. I also tried free ChatGPT as well as Bing Copilot Pro (Paid account) and both of them gave wrong answers. ??

Above Referred question / Answers

?

Qst:

Is? e-invoice applicable to Hospitals in India ?

?

Ans:

E-invoicing under GST is applicable to all businesses in India with an annual turnover exceeding ?5 crores. This includes hospitals if they make taxable supplies under the nature of B2B (business-to-business) transactions. However, it is not applicable to hospitals if their services are entirely exempt from GST, which is typically the case with healthcare services.

?

Qst:

If a hospital, whose turnover is more than Rs. 5 crores, sells scrap, does it need to make e-invoice for it ?

?

Ans:

Yes, if a hospital with a turnover exceeding ?5 crores sells scrap, it is required to generate an e-invoice for these sales. This is because e-invoicing under GST is applicable to all B2B transactions for businesses exceeding the specified turnover threshold, regardless of the nature of the goods or services supplied.
