What do we mean by "Sales Bootcamp Program"?
You will get to be a part of a small cohort of people wanting to learn and build sales skills. This program will make you be a part of our larger sales team and you'll get to work with them on specific projects that will give you a ringside view of all it takes to build a powerful, scaleable enterprise. Our team will share their trade secrets (!) and hand hold you towards honing your sales skills.
What are we looking for?
We're looking for hustlers, go-getters, people who love to have conversations and connections, and want to constantly build relationships and networks. Come join us if you think you are good at executing ideas, thrive in and build through chaos, and want to build something at scale!

Questions you may have:
1. How long will this program be?
A. 6 months, post which we will discuss full-time arrangements, basis mutual interest and fit?
2. What will the role be like?
A. You will report directly into the office of the Chief Revenue Officer and the role will entail managing outreach and initiatives to grow The Better India's revenues. How you do it will be up to you, but you will learn specific skills and also get to work on growth targets for every month.
3. Is it a paid role?
A. Yes, of course. A stipend to begin with, and if the organisation decides to hire you after the bootcamp program, your pay will be as per market standards.
4. What is the interview process?
A. Once you apply, you will be shortlisted by our team and have two rounds of interviews, both with the CRO’s office before we seal the deal.
5. Is there only one opening?
A. We are looking to hire a team of 4-5 to work together towards these targets.
