Over the last couple of years working with several startups, I realized that B2B and enterprise design might be the highest impact opportunity ahead of us.

Platform-based marketplaces like Amazon and eBay have used data to optimize the customer experience and maximize growth. The future is for everyone, individuals and SMBs, to own their data and nurture direct, personalized relationships with their customers. In other words the power of insights and machine learning will be available for all creators. 

Why am I excited about Klaviyo? The tenacity, smartness, and humility of Andrew Bialecki, the executive team, and the Design team has continued to impress me. It's an opportunity to redefine what great enterprise design looks like and make a remarkable impact on the product. I'm excited about democratizing the world a little bit more at Klaviyo.
