When we resolve to lose weight, we know that snacks and junk foods need to be replaced with healthier options like salads and fruits. To stick to this resolution, it’s crucial that we enjoy our meals.
It’s easy to peel a banana or grab an apple and savor the delicious flavors without any preparation. However, we also need our vegetables, as they provide essential nutrients that fruits may lack.
As we detoxify with exercise and diet, it’s vital to nourish our bodies with essential nutrients to maintain health and wellness. Green leafy vegetables are abundant in these nutrients and also possess fibrous qualities that help cleanse our intestines.
