With a multi-billion-dollar revenue, a multi-GW pipeline of solar, BESS and onshore wind projects across 9 countries, and a global track record, Metlen is one of the most attractive employers in Europe's renewables sector right now.?
We have a number of exciting opportunities to join the Metlen team in the UK as it progresses several projects and prepares to move its Athens headquarters to London . These are crucial roles in engineering, HSE and construction that will help bring projects to commercial operation. To build Metlen's portfolio in the UK, we're looking for:
?? A Project Engineer (Civil) - BESS to analyse project feasibility, overseeing construction, and managing materials for a BESS project in Norfolk.?
?? A Project Engineer (Civil) - PV to analyse project feasibility, overseeing construction, and managing materials for a solar PV project in Norfolk.
?? A Quality Engineer to ensure solar construction sites meet quality standards by performing inspections, managing documents, and coordinating with stakeholders across various solar sites in the UK.
?? A Site Engineer - Electrical to oversee electrical work on large-scale solar projects, ensuring it meets plans and quality standards while coordinating with subcontractors and other stakeholders.
?? A Civil Project Engineer to analyse the feasibility of solar projects, designing blueprints, overseeing construction activities, and managing materials to ensure projects meet safety regulations.
?? A Mechanical Project Engineer to oversee mechanical work at solar PV projects in Hereford, ensuring they meet plans and quality standards while coordinating with subcontractors and other stakeholders.
?? An HSE Site Manager - PV and HSE Site Supervisor - BESS to ensure safe operations on-site at renewables projects in Norfolk and across the country. Available to UK nationals only, these roles offer the exciting prospect of moving to new sites upon project completion with accommodation provided. Now hiring: key roles on a pioneering UK offshore wind project
Taylor Hopkinson is working with V?rgr?nn , one of Europe's offshore wind leaders, to appoint three exciting roles on the pioneering Green Volt floating project, for which V?rgr?nn and 福廷綠能源股份有限公司 was awarded a UK Government Contract for Difference.
The project will be a catalyst for the creation of a robust floating wind supply chain in the UK, and an essential steppingstone from current small-scale projects to gigawatt-size developments. Green Volt represents an important leap towards the 5GW floating offshore wind target the UK has set for 2030, and its benefits will be felt beyond the UK, being a catalyst for the development of floating wind elsewhere in Europe.
We are working with V?rgr?nn to find the following roles for the Green Volt project team:
?? A Senior Project Manager. Based in the UK or Oslo, this role will take overall responsibility for the technical project team, providing day to day leadership to the technical project team members and defining, optimisation and integration of the project realisation with due regard to the project commercial drivers, schedule and budget.
