Now Hiring: Staff Accountant

Growing company based in West Palm Beach, FL has a new opening for a Staff Accountant. This position will report directly to the Accounting Manager and Controller and assist with full-cycle accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end close procedures
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Prepare and maintain journal entries
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Process payroll related transactions including garnishments, reimbursements, deductions, 401k uploads and workers comp
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions and provide reports to management as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 2-3 years of corporate accounting experience
• Advanced MS Excel experience
