Now Hiring: Senior-Staff Accountant

Luxury hotel based in the exclusive village of Bal Harbour, FL is looking to hire a Senior-Staff Accountant. This individual will report to the Assistant Controller and CFO and will assist with the day-to-day accounting as well as the month-end closing process.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general ledger account reconciliations and analysis
• Prepare and maintain routine journal entries
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts including prepaid expenses
• Participate in the month-end close process and assist with monthly financial statements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-4 years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Large ERP software experience
