Large corporation based in West Palm Beach, FL is looking to hire a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis. You will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analytical projects as well as have direct contact with C-Suite Executives for this dynamic company.
- Prepare and present insightful financial reports, dashboards, compliance certificates, and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders, highlighting performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Participate in development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-range financial plans in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
- Analyze financial and operational performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, identifying key drivers of variance and providing actionable insights to management.
- Collaborate closely with departments across the organization, to gather input, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment of financial plans with operational goals.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as requested by senior management, providing timely and accurate insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications is a plus
- 3-4 years of FP&A experience or experience from a National CPA Firm on the assurance or M&A side
- Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, formula development)
