Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day accounting activities
• Prepare and maintain journal entries
• Perform monthly bank and balance sheet account reconciliations
• Reconcile the general ledger accounts including prepaid, accrual and fixed assets
• Process invoices and provide support with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist with month-end close procedures and the preparation of financial statements
• Support management with budgeting
• Respond to inquiries from management regarding financial results and special reporting requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Advanced Excel experience
• QuickBooks experience
