Now Hiring: Senior Accountant (Hybrid Schedule)

South Florida Recruiters has been retained by a Global Corporation based in the Miami Shores/North Miami area to identify an experienced Senior Accountant. This individual will assist the Controller with accurate and timely accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements including month-end close
• Prepare balance sheet and bank account reconciliations
• Perform general ledger account analysis including variance analysis
• Make adjusted journal entries when needed
• Compare actual revenues and expenses with budget and analyze discrepancies
• Respond to inquiries from the Controller and CFO regarding financial results and special reporting requests

Requirements:

• Active CPA license
• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience (corporate accounting?OR?auditing)
• Advanced MS Excel experience
