Now Hiring: Investor Relations Director

A well-respected real estate investment firm based in Miami is looking to hire an Investor Relations Director. In this role, you will?be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives and raising capital for real estate investment products from high-net-worth individuals, retail investors, and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to effectively promote real estate investment products.
• Raise capital for real estate investment products to identify, target, and engage with high-net worth individuals, retail investors, and Registered Investment Advisors. Develop persuasive investment materials, presentations, and pitch decks to attract potential investors and secure capital commitments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors. Act as the primary point of contact for investors, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a high level of investor satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with relevant securities laws, regulations, and investor protection guidelines. Stay up to date with changing compliance requirements and work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully raising capital for real estate investment products or offerings, particularly from high-net worth individuals, retail investors, and Registered Investment Advisor networks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
• Familiarity with securities laws and regulations governing private placements and investment offerings.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and investor relations management platforms.
