A dynamic company based in West Palm Beach, FL is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and COO of the company.
- Manage various Excel spreadsheets for the CEO
- Calendar management for the CEO and COO
- Schedule appointments/meetings and confirm all logistics and details including attendees, conference room and video/conference details
- Assist with preparing presentations and executive packages as well as draft memos and type verbal dictations
- Assist with correspondence, such as memos and letters, as well as data entry; perform basic office functions, such as filing and copying
- Arrange corporate travel itineraries and agendas including lodging and meeting accommodations
- Assist the CEO with various administrative tasks relating to the operations and management of the business
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience working for high-profile executives
- Meticulous organization, attention to detail and superior time management skills
- Outstanding professionalism and confidentiality
- Exceptional skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
