Large Construction company based in St. Augustine, FL is looking to hire a Controller to assist the Director of Accounting and CFO. Company has been in business for almost 40 years and is still experiencing enormous growth.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare month, quarter and year-end close activities including general ledger analysis and reconciliations
• Compile, prepare and analyze financial statements and accounting reports
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable staff as well as construction admin positions
• Respond to inquiries from C-Level Executives regarding financial results

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 7+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Construction or development industry experience
