South Florida Recruiters has been exclusively retained by a well-established company in Deerfield Beach, FL, to identify them a Controller who can eventually take over the CFO role within the next 2-years.
- Manage the month, quarter and year-end close activities including general ledger analysis and reconciliations
- Compile, prepare and analyze financial statements and accounting reports
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
- Assist in the budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning process
- Supervise the accounting department and oversee the payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Assure financial plans are consistent with organizational goals
- Respond to inquiries from the Executives regarding financial results and special reporting requests
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 7+ years of direct full-cycle accounting experience
- Construction or site development industry experience
