A dynamic company based in Miami, FL is looking to hire a Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will bring a strong strategic planning and project management background to provide critical oversight that will help shape and sustain the organization’s growth, structure, and culture.
- Develop, implement, and maintain strategic operating plans that reflect the long-term objectives and priorities of the company, including business planning and analysis, budgeting and risk management, processes, and procedures
- Drive multiple divisions to achieve and surpass profitability, and business goals and objectives
- Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company
- Ensure that the operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by management and other employees
- Develop, track, and report key performance measurements for multiple business units
- Lead and manage company risk management efforts
- Review contracts in conjunction with risk management
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 15+ years of operational/leadership experience in a C-Level role
- Currently resides in South Florida
