National Company based in West Palm Beach, FL is looking to hire an experienced Billing Analyst.
- Perform data entry of invoicing transactions to QuickBooks Desktop and preparation of multiple data sets in Excel
- Validate invoice data for accuracy prior to release and in accordance with contract terms
- Complete all data reporting, reviews, and validation on schedule to ensure for timely and accurate billing
- Analyze client invoicing requirements and generate custom Excel-based invoice templates and system generated invoices daily
- Create and email all monthly advisor and manager performance reports
- Reconcile expected revenues against custodian collections, and invoice clients for deficits
- Calculate advisor and manager payouts monthly
- Calculate revenue related 3rd party vendor payments
- Maintain & update billing rate schedules
- Invoice clients and follow-up on collection efforts
- Communicate with management throughout the process to ensure timely receipt of data and submission of invoices
- Review billing data to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Oversee and participate in Billing and Accounts Receivable functions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of billing analytical experience
- Advanced Excel skills (process large quantities of data using spreadsheets, data tables and formula calculations)
- QuickBooks Desktop experience
- Must be a detailed-oriented and proactive individual able to work well independently
