Now Hiring: Accounts Payable Specialist

Growing company based in downtown Fort Lauderdale is looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to their team. The role will turn into a hybrid office/home situation after 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Processing accounts payable transactions using QuickBooks Enterprises (1,000 invoices per month)
• Entering invoices for accuracy and get proper approvals
• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
• Processing ACH, credit card and check payments (200 payment transactions per month)
• Performing bank and credit card reconciliations
• Assisting the accounting team with other duties

Requirements:

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprises
• Experience with Excel
