A subsidiary of a Global Company is looking to hire an Accounting Manager for their Miami, FL office.
This is a hybrid office role: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home
- 3 weeks of vacation + 5 sick/personal days
- 11 holidays + half days off prior to each holiday

- Prepare and review the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements including general ledger analysis and reconciliations
- Compile, prepare and analyze accounting reports
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
- Assist in the budgeting, forecasting and annual planning process
- Oversee A/P and A/R functions
- Provide strategic analysis related to the business operations
- Assist with annual audit procedures including documenting and monitoring of internal controls
- Perform special accounting projects under the guidance of the CFO
- Supervise, lead and mentor accounting staff
- Active CPA license
- National CPA Firm Audit experience
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
- Advanced MS Excel and large ERP software experience
