We introduce CEO coaching, advisory, mentorship, person-development, equipment, training, education and support. Going forward, aspiring and CEOs in action will not get proper preparation and support in their unique role in organisation. This is a major departure from the past where CEO got into ceo positions either without any position-specific training, education and development and finding people for ceo positions depended on general university education with a special emphasis on the Business and Finance educational qualifications that have not yet been proven to offer and significant difference in performance from candidates who do not have these degree or professional qualifications.

Even the general ceo the late Jack Welch acknowledge in his biography that there was then neither training, education and development for the CEO position nor any "formula" to it. We found this to be strange if not a serious mistake for the world to accept this when the CEO position, according research, accounts for between 20% and 50% to the success and failure of organisations. In addition it was strange and unacceptable given the costs associated with firing or replacing a chief executive officer in situations when a company collapses under his or her nose. Shareholders and boards were committing a very big risk by thrusting people without any strategic, conscious preparation to such high value positions; risking their investments and the future people people employed in those organisations and companies.
